How long does an order take?
Allow 2–5 business days for production, plus carrier transit time for your region. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Which characters can I use in a name?
Letters A–Z plus Å, Ä and Ö. The playful image styles are letter-based, so numbers and symbols aren’t printed in those styles — you’ll see live on the garment exactly what will be printed.
Can I return a personalized item?
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because items are made to order, please keep them in resaleable condition until your return is confirmed. Full details and the withdrawal form are on the Returns page.
What sizes and garments do you offer?
We’re launching with a soft baby bodysuit in a range of sizes and colours. T-shirts and hoodies are coming next.
How is my payment handled?
Securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in your region’s currency and include applicable VAT.
Where do you ship?
We’re starting in Sweden and expanding across the EU. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout for your region.
